I don’t often have problems with sleep. I have a long family history of good sleepers. But when it comes to traveling, I often have more problems with sleeping on planes or on other moving machines, and I end up with jet lag. And unfortunately, it seems to take me days to recover, making weekend trips completely unproductive. But during those times, I have found that sleeping aids can be rather productive. I don’t want a prescription, because not only does it cost more and require a doctor’s visit, the fact is that they can cause grogginess and side effects of their own.
This is why I turned to natural sleeping aids. Natural sleep aids can be used on a basis of whenever I actually need them and whenever I actually travel. And they don’t cost nearly as much! When it comes to natural sleeping aids, I’d prefer if I never had to use them. But they do not have the same nasty side effects of many prescriptions that tend to outweigh many possible benefits. With natural sleeping aids, and I did try a few to find the ones that were right for me, I found options that even beat out the options that were supposed to be made specifically for jet lag and other similar and temporary problems.
Since I started using natural sleeping aids, I have been able to go on more weekend or shorter trips and get the maximum potential out of them. I have been able to get out the day I land or drive in and hang out with my friends. I have been able to get up the next day for all of the best activities. And I have found that it is a better quality than I ever expected even from a prescription!
