Sleeping is not only for resting but also is essential for our healthy body functions. A study says if you want to increase your grade, you have to get enough sleep.
People who didn’t sleep well enough has changed their sleeping habits and started getting more sleep, and after a period of time, they looked more healthy and happy.
A study has been done on relation of hours of sleep and grades. After the experiment, the people who slept longer got better grades than people who didn’t get enough sleep. An interesting fact is that the grades for language section have increased more than the others. This shows that changing the sleeping pattern and extending the time of the sleep can impact your grades.
In a documentary it says sleeping too much or too little can lead to the danger of death and emphasized that if we want to have long and healthy life, we should get about seven hours of sleep in average.
